Firefly Hooley
Come join us July 21-22, 2023 for an evening of great food, live music by Moon Valley, a dip in the Courtois Creek and camping under a blanket of stars! Coffeecake and coffee will be provided in the morning to follow.
We are located at 59 Blue Bird Lane, Steelville, MO. After turning off of hwy 8, you will turn onto a gravel driveway. Follow this for awhile, take a left at the fork in the road, and drive to the end! Guests are welcome to join July 21 starting at 4:00PM to go for a swim. On July 22 at 10:00AM we ask that everyone make their way back home.
A few items of note!
-Please bring chairs or blankets to sit on in the pasture during the concert - unless you plan to be stompin’ your feet all night long. Our event may still go on with light rain, so an umbrella could be useful.
-We will not be serving any alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Please drink responsibly as this is a family event.
-There will be no lifeguard down at the swimming hole, so please be attentive. There are no strong currents.
-A chuck wagon dinner will be served from 5:30-6:30 PM.
-Moon Valley will take the stage at 7PM.
-A $30 donation is suggested for anyone 13 and older to help support the cost of the band and general operations. You can make payment via PayPal or Venmo at the time of the event.
-Lastly, be aware of wildlife, and be kind, this is the Ozarks after all! We have a few horses penned up and dogs and cats that roam freely around the property. They are sweet and friendly, but please be respectful of their space.
